By downloading or using this app, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the app.
Intellectual Property
You are not permitted to copy, modify, or use any part of the app, its source code, trademarks, or intellectual property without explicit permission. Attempting to reverse engineer, translate, or create derivative works of the app is prohibited. All intellectual property rights remain exclusively with us.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to download, install, or use the app. If you are younger, you need permission from your parent or guardian.
Subscriptions and Payment
The app offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock premium features. Prices are shown in the app before purchase and are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation.
A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription in the App Store settings of your device.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
If you request a refund for an in-app purchase, we may share related information with Apple, including app usage duration, anonymous account identifiers, total spending, and refund details.
AI Assistant
The app includes an AI assistant. Replies are generated automatically by a language model and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Do not rely on them as professional advice — in particular medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. You are responsible for how you act on what the assistant tells you.
Do not enter other people's personal information into the chat, and do not use the assistant to produce unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.
The assistant can change settings inside the app on your behalf, such as timer presets or categories. Review what it proposes before confirming.
Availability of the assistant may be limited, changed, or withdrawn. Free use may be capped, and the underlying model may be replaced at any time.
App Blocking
The app can block selected apps during a focus session using Apple's Screen Time framework. You choose what to block. Do not block apps you may need urgently, including anything you rely on to make calls or reach emergency services. We are not responsible for consequences of apps you chose to block being unavailable during a session.
Your Device and Connection
The app stores and processes information on your device to function properly. It is your responsibility to keep your device and your access to the app secure. We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this compromises security and may prevent the app from working correctly.
Certain functions require an active internet connection, either Wi-Fi or mobile data. We cannot guarantee full functionality without internet access. You are responsible for any costs incurred through your mobile network provider, including roaming charges. If you are not the person paying the device bill, make sure you have their permission.
You must also keep your device adequately charged. We cannot accept responsibility if you are unable to use the app because the battery ran out.
Third-Party Services
Although we strive to keep the app updated and accurate, some features rely on third-party services. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damages, direct or indirect, resulting from reliance on information or functionality provided by third parties.
Updates and Availability
We may update the app from time to time. Updates may change system requirements, and you may need to accept them to continue using the app. We do not guarantee continuous updates or compatibility with every version of iOS. We reserve the right to modify the app, introduce paid features, or discontinue the app at any time. Any charges will be communicated clearly beforehand.
Termination
Upon termination of the service:
- Your rights to use the app end immediately.
- You must cease use of the app and delete it from your device.
