What it does
Pomodoro cycles
Focus and break alternate for as many cycles as you set, 25/5 and four cycles by default. Pause really stops the clock.
Sandy the hourglass
Sandy sits next to the timer and acts out your category: reading, working on a laptop, lifting weights, meditating. Sandy rests on breaks too.
App blocking
Choose distracting apps, categories and websites. During focus, Screen Time blocks them and shows a screen with Sandy. It's your Screen Time, not parental control. Premium.
On the Lock Screen
A Live Activity and Dynamic Island show the countdown, phase and category. A floating picture-in-picture timer stays over other apps.
Goal and streak
Set a daily goal. The weekly streak is gentle: four days of focus out of seven is enough, and a missed day doesn't reset it.
Widgets and stats
Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, a Control Center button that starts focus, smart reminders, and a calendar of your focus days.
Chat with Sandy

How does the timer work?
Focus and break phases alternate for the number of cycles you choose. The default is 25 minutes of focus and 5 of break, four times. With Premium you can set your own durations.
How do I block apps?
Open app blocking, allow Screen Time access, and pick the apps, categories and websites to block. They're blocked during focus and open again on breaks and after the session. App blocking is part of Premium.
I bought Premium but it's still locked
Open the paywall and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy. If it's still locked, write to me.
Will my data move to a new iPhone?
Turn on iCloud sync (Premium) and your settings, categories, stats and chat history come with you. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID; use Restore Purchases on the new device.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Focus Timer.
