Lumora terms of use

By downloading or using Lumora, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them before using the app.
1. The app
Lumora is a wallpaper generator for iPhone and iPad. It lets you create wallpapers from built-in generative styles, add your own photos and text, browse a third-party photo library, and save the result to your photo library.
You may use the app for personal purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the app, its source, its built-in styles, fonts or other assets, without our written permission.
All rights in the app itself remain with the developer.
2. What you create
Wallpapers you create with Lumora are yours. We claim no ownership of them and you may use them freely, including commercially, subject to section 3.
Photos you import from your own library remain yours and stay on your device.
3. Photos from Browse
The Browse section shows photographs supplied by Pexels. They are not ours.
Those photographs are provided under the Pexels License, which permits free use including commercial use, but prohibits, among other things, selling unmodified copies and using identifiable people or property in a way that is offensive. When you save or share a photograph from Browse, you are responsible for complying with that licence: pexels.com/license
We do not curate the Pexels catalogue and are not responsible for its contents.
4. Subscriptions and purchases
Lumora offers Lumora Pro, which unlocks every style, effect and font, live wallpapers, and higher export resolutions. It is available as:
- a weekly auto-renewing subscription
- a yearly auto-renewing subscription, which may include a free trial
- a lifetime one-time purchase
Prices are shown in the app before purchase, in your local currency, and vary by region. Prices may change; any change is shown before you buy and, for existing subscriptions, is subject to Apple's notice rules.
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Managing and cancelling. You can manage or cancel a subscription in the Settings app: your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Free trial. If a free trial is offered, it starts when the purchase is confirmed. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged. If you buy a subscription during a trial, the unused part of the trial is forfeited.
Payment and refunds. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. We do not receive your payment details and cannot issue refunds directly. Refund requests go to Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com
Restoring. Purchases can be restored on another device with the same Apple Account using "Restore" on the subscription screen.
5. Age
Lumora is rated 4+. Browse displays photographs from an external catalogue that we do not curate, so we recommend that a parent or guardian supervises younger children. If a user is below the age at which they can consent to data processing under local law, a parent or guardian should review these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the app stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Some features require an internet connection and depend on services we do not control — Apple, Google Firebase, RevenueCat and Pexels. If one of them is unavailable, the corresponding feature may not work.
7. Updates and changes We may update or modify the app at any time, including adding or removing features. You may need to install updates to keep using it. We may discontinue the app; if we do, active subscriptions will not renew.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law — in particular the statutory rights of consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached. On termination you must stop using the app and delete it. Termination does not affect purchases already made, which remain subject to Apple's terms.
10. Apple
These Terms are between you and the developer, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kazakhstan, without regard to conflict of law rules. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The current version is always available at https://docs.google.com/document/d/1B_9WpdptNsb9uIpu_TREQ7htknoP2VF3L2IuXHtbKcM/edit?tab=t.0 , and the "Last updated" date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
