Help with Spy Game
Most purchase and pack problems are fixed with Restore Purchases inside the app. If something else is wrong, the answers below should help.
I bought a pack or Premium but it's still locked
Open the game, tap Restore Purchases and restart the app. Make sure you're signed in with the Apple ID you used to buy. If it's still locked, write to me.
Will my purchases carry over to a new iPhone?
Yes. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID. Use Restore Purchases on the new device.
What does Premium include?
Every location pack, the Custom Scenario mode and online rooms by code. Premium is a one-time lifetime purchase or a yearly subscription. Packs can also be bought one at a time.
Which game modes are there?
Classic, Two Locations, Secret Agent, Reverse Spy, Tournament and Custom Scenario, where the host hands out roles by hand.
Do we need internet?
No. One phone passed around the table works offline. Online rooms by code are the only part that needs a connection.
Are there ads?
No. The game has had no ads since version 1.7.
The app isn't working properly
Restart the app, then restart the phone and update to the latest version from the App Store. If it still doesn't work, write to me.
